· Legal advice and representation of a distributor of industrial equipment and marine engines in disputes relating to product liability and contractual warranties, with proceedings brought before the French Supreme Court.

· Legal advice and defence work for a French insurer in two cases involving safety defects affecting industrial mobile biomass shredders. Our firm assisted the client in determining the scope of coverage and analysing potential exclusions.

· Advice and defence of operators and manufacturers of anaerobic digestion plants, waste sorting centres (household and hazardous waste) and wastewater treatment plants in the context of court-appointed expert proceedings concerning fire incidents and process-related issues.

· Assistance in court-ordered expert proceedings for a project owner manufacturing frozen finished product, following the collapse of mobile pallet racking systems in a sub-zero cold storage facility, addressing the challenges of salvaging goods, identifying causes, and rebuilding the installation in a hostile environment (-18°C) requiring time-limited and repeated on-site interventions.
