· Assistance and defence of an insurer in cross-border litigation relating to defects affecting photovoltaic power plants, involving major failures that led to fires and significant economic losses, in coordination with industrial stakeholders and foreign insurers

· Defence of an insurer whose coverage was triggered by a serial loss engaging the civil liability of its insured, raising complex issues regarding policy termination, the temporal scope of coverage and the management of known circumstances surrounding the loss.

· Legal advice and defence work for a French insurer in two cases involving safety defects affecting industrial mobile biomass shredders. Our firm assisted the client in determining the scope of coverage and in analysing potential exclusions.
