Alchimie Avocats advises and represents public authorities, industrial operators, and construction professionals (including engineering and design firms), both at the pre-litigation and litigation stage, defending them when their criminal, administrative, or civil liability is at stake and, where necessary, ensuring effective crisis management.
We also assist our clients in achieving and maintaining regulatory compliance. For complex matters of this nature, we rely on a long-standing network of renowned experts with whom we have collaborated for many years.
We act alongside operators of classified installations for environmental protection (ICPE), owners of contaminated sites and soils, and in cases involving accidental releases of pollutants into water, air, or soil.
With extensive experience in the energy, industrial, construction, and agri-food sectors, we adopt a strategic, technical, and operational approach to environmental law, serving our clients’ sustainability.
Our expertise is aimed at securing projects, limiting risk exposure, and guiding clients within a well-managed legal framework.
