Stéphanie LUTTRINGER assists and represents private companies and insurers in the industrial, agri-food, construction, and services sectors, providing advice and litigation services for all matters relating to industrial risk and civil liability (including defective products).

Stéphanie is particularly involved in fire and machinery breakdown claims, the mechanical engineering and metallurgy sectors (including the manufacture and inspection of piping, engines, and mechanically welded assemblies), energy (including heating/cooling, photovoltaic, and wind power installations), technical products (particularly construction products), and contamination and agri-agro-veterinary disputes.

Over the years, Stéphanie has also developed related expertise in civil liability for bodily injury and litigation involving gross negligence in labour law, and has acquired solid experience in litigation specifically involving the liability of private security companies.

Accustomed to handling sensitive cases, she has a strong command of complex issues (including serial claims, mass-disasters litigation) and a keen sense of strategy.

Professional background

After being admitted to the Bar in January 2002, joined a Paris law firm specializing in insurance law and liability, where she trained in industrial risk litigation and inexcusable employer misconduct. She also had the opportunity to work on high-profile cases involving mass disasters.

Stéphanie joined Moureu Associés (now Alchimie Avocats) at the end of 2006 and became a partner in January 2010.

Academic background

Stéphanie obtained a Master’s degree in Private Law from the University Robert Schuman in Strasbourg and a Master of Advanced Studies in Business Contract Law from the University of Montpellier.
She graduated from the CRFPA in Strasbourg in 2001.
